Non-spam email never delivered

Bug Description
In the Sort Messages page a message was flagged as *not* spam and I clicked on the Process button. I waited 30 minutes and still hadn't received the message.
I went to the Recover page, found the message, checked the box next to the message and clicked on the Recover button. The message showed up in green in the Sort Messages page. I clicked on the Process button. I have still not received the message. The address <email address hidden> has been added to my whitelist. The only way I can read this message is within Two Penny Blue.
