Fixed in lighttpd 1.4.51 released Oct 2018

doc/systemd/lighttpd.service now uses After=network-online.target
instead of After=network.target, as recommended in
  https://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/systemd/NetworkTarget/

Changed in lighttpd (Ubuntu):
status: New → Fix Committed
