Bug Description

I am unable to install libgtk-3-dev:

libgtk-3-dev depends on libegl1-mesa-dev

sudo apt install libegl1-mesa-dev gives:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 libegl1-mesa-dev :
Depends: libegl1-mesa (= 18.0.5-0ubuntu0~16.04.1) but 1:17.2.2-0~x~padoka0 is to be installed
Depends: libwayland-egl1-mesa (= 18.0.5-0ubuntu0~16.04.1) but 1:17.2.2-0~x~padoka0 is to be installed

I am running Linux Mint 18.2 Sonya, but I believe mesa is part of Ubuntu?
