buginfo reports "No cookie-file found"

Whenever I run buginfo it always reports "No cookie-file found", however bugnumbers and bughelper do not. I've looked at the relevant bit of code and couldn't find any differences so I am not quite sure what is wrong. Any help resolving this would be appreciated.

Thanks Brian,
this is a typo in bug{info,numbers,helper}. bugnumbers and bughelper
have a "--debug" cl-option to hide this message.
To fix this issue, this typo should be fixed in bug{info,numbers,helper}
and a "--debug" cl-option should be added to buginfo.

Fixed, in my text.dev branch, will push the changes soonish
