xflock4 does not lock session but dm-tool lock does

Bug Description

I have been changing setup a bit and xflock4 has stopped working for me. It does nothing. I still am able to lock the session by invoking `dm-tool lock`. Looking into `xflock4`, I see it is a shell script. I do not see it trying to invoke `dm-tool lock`. I guess it should be extended to try it as well beside the three already present other tools invocations.

That command does not actually lock the user session, so a running screen locker is still required.
