Inkscape encountered an internal error and will close now

When using inkscape-0.92.3-8.fc30 on s390x arch under Fedora 30 during a package build an internal error was triggered:

The input file overview_stochastic.svg is attached, this issue is reproducible.

The problem seems to be the length of the input (-f option) and output (-E option) paths, using short paths with the same input file works!

Hi there, is this still an issue with Inkscape 0.92.4? Also is this specific to s390x or is this an arch-independent issue?
