Bug Description
On 18.04LTS, installing clang-tools and clang-tidy [1] is not enough to run "run-clang-tidy" script, it is provided but broken since it depends on python-yaml (and has an "import yaml" at start of a python file). LLVM7 is not affected[2] (default on 18.10+).
