Minor Fix Required : Doc : Rocky Verify operation in nova

- [X] This doc is inaccurate in this way: "Note" states "This output should indicate three service components enabled on the controller node and one service component enabled on the compute node." Whereas nova-consoleauth is one of the service entry which may not be listed in case of fresh install.
