Bug Description
Whenever I resume from suspension on Xubuntu 18.10 (light-locker 1.8.0-1ubuntu1), the backlight comes on momentarily showing a black screen, then the pointer appears for a moment, then the backlight turns off. The screen does not turn on until I have entered my password. On Xubuntu 18.04 it was similar, but the screen would come on after moving the pointer, before entering my password.
This is on a System76 Pangolin Performance (panp9) with Intel Core i5 2450M (Sandy Bridge) using integrated Intel HD Graphics 3000.
