Bug Description

Problem: My scanner Canon pixma mg3650 is correctly recognized, but when I lunch the real scan, it results busy by all software for scan (simplescan, xsane, gimp etc).
Solution: the fault is of usblp that in somehow lock the scan. So I added this module to blacklist. In fact, I created a file in /etc/modprobe.d named no-usblp.conf, with only "blacklist usblp". With this module disabled, the scan succeed perfectly.

This bug is present in Ubuntu 18.04 and 18.10. I don't know in older versions. is it possible to delete this module, or keep it disabled by default to avoid the same problem for the next users?

Yrs, I already had them installed. It does not depend on the drivers, but only and exclusively from that module.
