Please sync gobby 0.4.6-1 from Debian unstable (main). This depends on LP: #180909 (obby 0.4.5-1) because of an API change. Build-deps are set appropriately.

debian/changelog:
   * New upstream version.
   * Updated `debian/rules' to cope with tarball generation out of the
     git repository and refactored it a bit.
   * Added VCS and Homepage header to source stanza.
   * Depend on newer obby as required by source.
   * Build against gtksourceview2.
   * Build a debug package, bump debhelper version to 5.
   * Set menu section to `Applications/Editors'.

  * Merge from Debian unstable (LP: #133689). Remaining Ubuntu changes:
    - add a Suggests for avahi-daemon to give an indicator how to get
      rid of the howl warning
    - contrib/gobby.desktop: Add translation domain to get language pack
      support.
    - Modify Maintainer value to match Debian-Maintainer-Field Spec
  * Correct contrib/gobby.desktop in compliance to freedesktop.org
    Desktop Entry Specification v1.0
  * Add dpatch support in debian/rules and debian/control

I will upload an adapted version for Ubuntu once #180909 is solved (to add the gettext domain). The upload is already prepared. All other fixes are integrated into 0.4.6-2.
