Bug Description
As glance-registry has been deprecated since newton[1] in glance, it's no longer been used.

In tripleo as well, glance-registry service has been disabled from long time, so it would be better to remove all glance-registry related changes from THT instead of keeping it disabled.
There are plans for glance to remove all registry code once removed all dependencies of other projects.
