Bug Description

Upon installing and running mitmproxy the following error is produced:

pkg_resources.ContextualVersionConflict: (urwid 2.0.1 (/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages), Requirement.parse('urwid<1.4,>=1.3.1'), {'mitmproxy'})

This is saying that it can't run because I have urwid 2.0.1 (the version which is packaged in Ubuntu) and it needs 1.3.1 (which is not available in Ubuntu).

Due to this the package seems to be unusable.
