Bug Description

The green headphone out was working and I changed the sound output from analog output to digital output(S/PDIF) and it suddenly stopped and changing it back to Analog Output didn't restore the sound.

I have tried rebooting multiple times after all the suggestions that I could find on this issue on the net. It still doesn't seem to work.

Sound hardware sometimes remembers its state even if you switch between operating systems. So please also try turning the machine off for a few seconds and then on again.
