missing icon theme and segmentation fault trying to open qpdfview

Bug Description

trying to open by right-clicking a PDF file, i noticed it was closing automatically. i then tried manually in terminal, and here is the attempt and following error messages:

$ qpdfview USTravelSuspensionCourtStrikedown.pdf
Icon theme "breeze-dark" not found.
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

have you verified this is a bug before reporting it ?
have you looked at the theme - it appears to be a KDE theme
have you tried installing the the missing theme ?

this bug hit my inbox; so I booted 18.10 on x86 & tried it

The pdf i tried to view was the first I found. It was opened successfully using the same command on my 19.04 x86_64 box (using 0.4.17~beta1+git20180709-2 [typed in, not copy/pasted])

I had updates & hadn't rebooted, so re-tried after boot to same results.

In qpdfview 0.4.17~beta1+git20180709-2, opening from Firefox, pcmanfm-qt, and terminal, all work without problems. Sure, there's the complaint about the icon, but that's not particularly surprising. If you still have the problem, please attach an example PDF file and the specs of your machine.
