Bug Description
0.92+devel (b3d59cc810, 2018-12-09, custom)
Linux 4.19.4-arch1-1-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Fri Nov 23 09:06:58 UTC 2018 x86_64 GNU/Linux
1) Open Inkscape
2) "File > New" or "File Open"
3) Close first window ("File > Close" or click "X" in title bar)
Result: Closes both windows, even if the second window has unsaved changes
Expected: Only first window closes
Additional information: "File > Quit" prompts if there are unsaved changes in window 2, but still closes the window without saving if user hits "Cancel" (should leave the window open).

Confirmed on Windows 10.
As I overlooked it initially I'll point it out again:
This happens when closing the initially opened Inkscape window, i.e. the first window that opened. If closing windows/documents spawned from this window later-on the described behavior is not triggered.
