Web client 3.2 holdings view cannot see empty libraries

Our current web client release is 3.0.13 with the fix that shows empty libraries in holdings view. Libraries can select the library and add items from this screen. Helpful when cataloging for branches as it's the behavior in the xul client.
On our test server with 3.2, the empty libraries are no longer showing in holdings view. The lines are there but are blank.
I discovered this when testing the patch for the holdings view to refresh when an or call number is edited.
Is it possible that the patch to refresh holdings view has something to do with the empty libraries no longer displaying?
I'm tagging this as regression as well as the other tags as it's behavior we had and is now gone.

Janet, I'm able to see empty libraries on our test 3.2.2 server.

If I have Hatch enabled in Chrome, I sometimes get blank lines in a lot of places. Could this be your issue?

No Hatch on my workstation. However I can confirm that the empty libraries are back. I no longer have this bug. I"m not sure when the libraries reappeared, but they're back today. Thanks, Tiffany and Elaine for reminding me to check again.
