Bug Description

futures.ThreadPoolExecutor does not automatically re-raise exceptions raised inside the workers, so sometimes prepare may be passing when there were errors during an operation.

Actually this is not a bug, futures.ThreadPoolExecutor.map will reraise an exception when its results are accessed
