Bug Description
kernel(64bits) 4.15.0.42 causes a slowdown of the PC, reduces the size of the display, and a blocking if I try to run "NVIDIA X Server Settings". If I chose the kernel 4.15.0.39 at startup the operation of ubuntu is normal.
