Bug Description
Wishlist Request
Eliminate step of capturing non-catalogued items for more streamlined workflow.
Use Case = Jane Booker is frustrated by how the system deals with non-catalogued resources such as rooms.
Rooms will have multiple reservations throughout the day, but she needs to capture each reservation in succession after completing the previous reservation.
Instead she would like a more streamlined work flow for non-catalogued items, with the option of bypassing the capture process entirely. Once an item is booked for a time, when that time comes, it can immediately be picked up by patron. The pull list will show a separation between those resources that need capturing and those that don’t.

In my work on https:/ /bugs.launchpad .net/evergreen/ +bug/1816475, I added a checkbox to the Booking Pickup screen. When this is checked, only captured resources can be picked up. When it is unchecked, uncaptured resources can be picked up too. It doesn't make a distinction between cataloged and non-cataloged resources, but would this kind of flexibility meet these needs?
