CI doesn't pick custom images for tripleo openshift deployments

We're setting custom images hosted on the dockerhub to take advantage of the infra provided proxy.

However, some of the images are still fetched from the docker hub or quay.io while they should be downloaded from the local registry:

http://logs.openstack.org/34/621534/2/check/tripleo-ci-centos-7-scenario009-multinode-oooq/3c7722c/logs/subnode-2/var/log/extra/docker/docker_allinfo.log.txt.gz

This indicate the container image prepare workflow didn't pick up the image customization.

This is caused by a wrong indentation in the containers-prepare-parameter.yaml file:

    Fix indentation in containers-prepare-parameter.yaml

    This caused some of the parameters not to be taken into account by the
    container prepare workflow.
