Bug Description
When I create a bridge or a bond, and I specify a subnet and IP mode on the creation form, the resulting bridge/bond doesn't keep the specified subnet/IP mode.
To reproduce:
1. Create a bridge (or bond) and specify subnet/ip mode as per screenshot https:/
2. Create the interface, the result is as per https:/
