Bug Description
When creating/adding a new interface, a bond or a bridge, if 'static assign' is specified and a IP address is provided, the resulting interface will not have the correct IP address.
Rather, the IP will be auto-assigned but the IP mode will remain as static.
Note that I also tested adding a VLAN interface, and providing an static IP works correctly.
