Bug Description

Anytime I install a package, hyperspec gives an error.
Apparently the port number is bogus.
92.243.11.64 port 65141
I managed to find the file HyperSpec-7-0.tar.gz at https://osdn.net/projects/sfnet_tkbtools/downloads/gathered/lisp/HyperSpec-7-0.tar.gz/ but there is nothing on how to install it. The problem with package handlers is when they are fed bad data (such as an invalid port number).

robert@A88XM-A:~$ sudo apt-get install tcl-tclreadline
