BucketMetadata has some junk in it

Bug Description

The main page of errors.ubuntu.com shows information from BucketMetadata on it and this includes the First and Last seen release for an error. Some of these first and last seen releases are rather odd for example - "Ubuntu 5", "Ubuntu 2015.11.01", "Ubuntu 2017.10". This is because no checking of the data in DistroRelease was done until revision 811 of daisy. While this is fixed now there is still in bad data in BucketMetadata. I'm not sure exactly how we could clean this up but one thing to do would be to fix the "update_bucket_metadata" function in oopsrepository/oopses.py so that the existing FirstSeen and LastSeen are also checked to ensure that they match the Ubuntu release re e.g. '^Ubuntu \d\d.\d\d$' and if they don't match they should be replaced.

There isn't a project for our hacked oopsrespository so I'm reporting the bug here.
