Bug Description
Currently subiquity shows lxd as one of the featured snaps that you can install; however, in Ubuntu 18.10 and later it comes preinstalled on the server.
Subiquity should be smart enough to filter out snaps from the list if they're already installed.

We should filter lxd out in 18.04 too as even if you install it via snap it will be masked by /usr/bin/lxd so I think for lxd it's not really a case of "filtering out snaps already installed", we should just filter out lxd.
For future proofing though we should look at the seed on the install media I guess.
