Bug Description

Fix for the Possible leak in FindNetwork for unknown_location string object in structured_syslog_config.cc
Fix in RefreshNetworkMap in structured_syslog_config where vector begin element is deleted.
Commented out sending of unnecessary field (sampling percentage) in structured_syslog_server.cc for APPTRACK_SESSION_CLOSE syslog.

Fix for possible mem leak and fix in refresh network map

Fix for the Possible leak in FindNetwork for unknown_location string object in structured_syslog_config.cc
Fix in RefreshNetworkMap in structured_syslog_config where vector begin element is deleted,
For Fixing this Iteration is now done in reverse order to avoid erasing of 0th index vector element first
which results in loss off begin() pointer causing already stored indexes to become incorrect.
Commented out sending of unnecessary field (sampling percentage) in structured_syslog_server.cc for APPTRACK_SESSION_CLOSE syslog.
Added Send code for tenant metrics UVE for PSMR syslog.
