open in browser doesn't work on Win 7

Laptop with Intel centrino core 2 duo CPU T7500 @ 2.20 GHz

4GB Ram (2.99 usable) 32 bit Os

Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family Integrated

mixxx-2.3.0-alpha-pre-master-git6652-release-x86

Since git 6651 the option "open in Browser" doesn't workat all. It always opens user folder. It can't find the path to the track file. Failure is the same if it is called by right click menu or by the button inside track properties.
The mixxx.log shows a line

Debug [Main]: Calling: "explorer.exe" ("/select,\"G:\\MUSIC\\S\\Scorpions\\[2001] - Acoustica\\07 - Dust In The Wind.mp3\"")

I don't know if syntax is correct. It seems to be correct (escaped and everything) but the explorer doesn't open the folder. Instead it always opens user folder as windows always does if it can't find the requested folder.

In Linux mint 19 x64 it works perfect and the file is selected.

Check mixxx.log for more info.

(Irrelevant but musicbrains tag import is very helpful and needs a fix)

Strange its work for my win7 x86 ultimate english & mixx 2.1.4
Only when its not work is related other problem when mixxx wont load tracks to decks and give error messages after couple hours playing. cant remember now the bug number.

We have added the feature in 2.2 to also select the file in windows explorer.
This breaks the whole feature in the upcoming Mixxx version.
