Bug Description

Some texts in settings are illegible when running Mixxx on macOS 10.14 with Dark Mode on.

It seems that this will be automatically fixed when we compile against QT 5.12.0

Haha, "Another year, another version of macOS is out breaking our Qt."

I don't think we need to be tracking upstream bugs in our bug tracker. We can update the build environments for 2.3 to Qt 5.12 as soon as it is released.

Changed in mixxx:
milestone: none → 2.3.0

Yeah this is just for us to remember that we have a strong reason to upgrade.
I would say this is High importance since the settings are useless, and while the workaround is disable dark mode, not all users might realize this.

Can no longer reproduce in master builds. Those have moved to Qt 5.12 a while ago.

tested:
macOS 10.14.5
mixxx 2.3.0-alpha-pre (build master r6796)

Setting to fix commited. Please re-open, if I am mistaken here.
