Bug Description

The following arguments of the mistral class have a description but are not effectively present in the arguments:
> database_idle_timeout
> database_max_overflow
> database_max_pool_size
> database_max_retries
> database_min_pool_size
> database_retry_interval

Reason: I'll abandon this because of inactivity. Note that we have deprecated the database parameters from the base init.pp , and the parameter should be added to db.pp only.
