Bug Description
For some terms regarding the same property of transactions or funtionality different strings are used, which result in different translations and thereby inconsistencies. (Why I could translate different english strings to the same german one I think it is much more efficient to use the same strings from the beginning, as this makes all languages consistent.)
For 'Date' and 'Date range':
- Edit -> Preferences... -> Transactions -> 'Date _range:'
- Transactions -> Show all... -> '_Range:'
- Reports -> Statistcs... -> Date filter -> '_Range:'
I suggest '_Range:'. (This list is not exhaustive, but '_Range' seems to be the more often used term, see also 'Budged report' and 'Vehicle cost' and so on.)
For 'Type' and 'View':
- Transactions -> Show all... -> '_Type:'
- Reports -> Statistcs... -> Display -> '_View:'
- Reports -> Budget... -> Display -> '_Kind:'
I suggest '_Type:'.
For 'Any type' and 'Exp. & Inc.':
- Transactions -> Show all... -> '_Type:' -> 'Any Type'
- Reports -> Statistcs... -> Display -> '_View:' -> 'Exp. & Inc.'
I suggest 'Exp. & Inc.'
For 'By', 'View by' and 'For':
- Reports -> Statistics... -> '_By:'
- Reports -> Trend Time... -> 'Display' -> '_View by'
- Reports -> Budget... -> 'Display' -> '-For:'
I suggest '_View by:'.

I did most of those changes, except
- Transactions -> Show all... -> '_Type:' -> 'Any Type'
=> to keep consistency with the any status in that window
