Bug Description

Browbeat can be invoked from tripleo-quickstart today and thus if browbeat needs to be installed with monitoring turned on( metrics monitoring through graphite/grafana), we'll need to update the vars such as https://github.com/openstack/browbeat/blob/master/ansible/install/group_vars/all.yml#L350, but then the vars aren't named specifically for browbeat, but rather a bit too generic. This can cause conflicts in some certain cases.

Also applies to https://github.com/openstack/browbeat/blob/master/ansible/oooq/roles/template-configs/vars/main.yml.

Thus, the best way would be to make the vars names specific. This would make it easier for consumers of browbeat to make changes to browbeat installation without worrying about it affecting his/her environment.
