ubiquity partition windows is too large

Bug Description

partition windows and next few window need to be design more smaller
800*600 or below resolution screen can not use the ubiquity partition function.

Graphics card not supported by default will force the GUI to 800x600px size. The installer screen is not resizable and can't be scrolled therefore, several buttons are out of reach from the user.

I use virtualbox 6.0.4 to install ubuntu19.04, but when I partition I find out I can not go on to next step.
