Bug Description

Hi

Just installed Wireshark and asked about being able to capture as user

I answered SI(YES) but I didn't have any interface to capture from when I ran it later

I ran as root to check if it was permission, and it was because all the interfaces were available

Then I tried with with the command
'sudo dpkg-reconfigure wireshark-common'
, to redo and check

I answered SI(YES) and the problem continued

Ran again
'sudo dpkg-reconfigure wireshark-common'
, but now I choose NO. And worked like should worked choosing SI(YES)

Now if I wanted to actually capture I get a warning about running without permission like it should if I choose NO (screenshot)
And as I said if I choose YES there's no interface to choose from

Don't know if this happen with other languages but at least in Spanish is turned around

--

What you expected to happen:

When I choose to run 'sudo dpkg-reconfigure wireshark-common' and choose NO. Only the root user can capture packets.
And when I choose to run 'sudo dpkg-reconfigure wireshark-common' and choose SI(YES). All the users (root and non-root) can capture packets.

If I choose SI(YES), I should be able to capture and see the interfaces available as a normal user.
If I choose NO, I should not be able to capture nor see the interfaces

What happened instead:

When I choose to run 'sudo dpkg-reconfigure wireshark-common' and choose NO. All the users (root and non-root) can see the available interfaces.
And when I choose to run 'sudo dpkg-reconfigure wireshark-common' and choose SI(YES). There's no list of available interfaces.

If I choose SI(YES), i can't capture as a normal user because there's no interface available.
If I choose NO, i can't capture because I don't have the permission but I'm able to see all the interfaces available

--

I noted there's no moment when the user installing the packages knows that a log-off/log-in is needed to be able to see the interfaces available as user

Because that is the solution to this issue

Right now after running 'sudo dpkg-reconfigure wireshark-common', answering YES and log-off/log-in. I can see the list of interfaces and I can capture

There should be a warning on the same red screen (screenshot) where you answer YES o NO declaring that a log-off/log-in is needed after saying YES
