ubuntu-bug opens external brower synchronously

The ubuntu-bug script opens a web browser for the user to enter bug details directly on launchpad; however, it does so synchronously, thus needlessly tying up the linux terminal. The browser should be launched asynchronously (eg. cd ; nohup firefox & disown ; cd - )
