We are ready to do our best to put Abkhazian language, which is one of the oldest languages in the world, into use in Ubuntu.

We use the locales provided by glibc in Ubuntu, so the first thing you'd need to do is request that an Abkhazian locale is created upstream. Example upstream bug:

I see that there is is an existing Ubuntu Abkhazia team, and you should better encourage more members to join it.
