Symbol Editor: add "Properties" menu to right-click options too.

In the Symbol Editor, the "Properties" menu is only available under Edit --> Properties, or as a button at the top of the window. I think it would be a nice addition to the right-click menu too when you right-click anywhere on the screen in the symbol editor.
