Bug Description

The new test runner has a logic for moving files (support for saving
output from all retries of running a test case). It does not check
whether a file actually exist before moving it.

Handle missing log/xml files correctly

The testrunner script failed and exited immediately
when trying to rename a non-existent file. This
patch makes sure the file is checked to be existing
before trying to move it.
