Might be a coincidence, but when I create a simple schematic with a label and a line (not connected). Inside the file, if a line is above the label, the square will be green, if the other way around it will be black.

after moving it's slightly grey before redrawing, which turns it green again.
but Apparently all labels are grey after moving and before redrawing.
