[breezy] mozilla-firefox fails to remove when installing firefox

Bug Description
firefox replaces mozilla-firefox so mozilla-firefox must be removed. When
trying to remove mozilla-firefox, dpkg fails. To fix this, I did `sudo rm -rf
/var/lib/
here is the error that dpkg returned when trying to remove mozilla-firefox
(before rm'ing /var/lib/
