Bug Description
When given:
class { 'ceph::repo':
release => 'mimic',
fastcgi => false,
enable_sig => false,
ceph_mirror => 'http://
}
it still installs the version from bionic repo instead (when above repo fails to work because of missing apt key - see other bug about that).
It really should not. IMHO you should PIN apt to 'mimic' versions when thats whats asked for.
