Bug Description
Some users will install multipass and mistakenly run snapcraft inside of it, thinking that's why multipass was installed as a snapcraft dependency.
We should error out when the outer snapcraft (frontend) detects that it is running in multipass, with a message like:
"""
It looks like you are trying to run snapcraft inside a multipass VM.
Instead, please exit your multipass VM and run snapcraft on your native system.
"""

What if a user is using multipass to run their VMs and actually wants to
do this? Many people look for alternatives to virsh or virt-manager.
Thanks
