novajoin container does not have needed permission to write to mounted krb5.keytab

Description
===========

When the undercloud is deploying, the krb5.keytab inside of the container can not store its krb principle.

Steps to reproduce
==================

1. deploy the undercloud with novajoin enabled

Expected result
===============

Novajoin will be able to enroll the overcloud nodes

Actual result
=============

novajoin is not fully setup.
