make item location corrections more apparent in volume/copy editor

Bug Description
As of the patches for bug 778989, when saving an item record a database trigger will check to see if there are any item locations that match the name of the location supplied via the volume/copy editor but which are owned by the item's owning library or it's closest ancestor.
Concretely, this means that if (say) SYS1 has a 'DVD' location and BR1 also has a 'DVD' location, when saving an item record whose location is entered as the SYS1 DVD location, it will get automatically corrected to the BR1 DVD location.
This change happens silently, however; it would be useful if the volume/copy editor gave some indication to the user that the location correction had taken place (or alternatively, warned that it would take place prior to saving the item).

Alerting the cataloger to this location correction is especially important if there are any associated copy location specific circulation policies in play. For example, if the circ policy is constructed to look at SYS1 DVD location, and the cataloger is unaware that location was automatically corrected to BR1 DVD, then the circulation will not follow the expected circ rules.
