webclient: delete record option missing from opac view

The option to simply Delete record is no longer available in the Other Actions dropdown (version 3.1.6) as it was in the XUL client. This forces you to take the extra steps of adding a record to a bucket, then going to the bucket to delete the record.

Let's leave this bug open, since the Docs group should probably add a note to the docs about the new location of the Delete function.

Thanks, @dzoladz and @remocrevo! I squashed this into a single commit, and merged to rel_3_2, rel_3_3, and master. I also took the liberty of adding a short follow-up commit to add some alt text to the screenshots in the MARC_Editor.adoc file.
