At the end, this problem is due to Wayland !
In an X session, Totem is able to read the video !

Do you have any error on stdout/stderr? Could you add your journal log when getting the issue?

Hi, bonjour,

Sorry but I don't know what are stdout/stderr...

Journal log : I used Ubuntu-bug command, so several files were added.
But, if you tell me which log file you need, I may send it (it's easy to
get the bug again).

A+

Oups !

I tried to go to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Upstream/GNOME but when I
use 'File a bug', I find only a few apps already registrated. It looks
not so easy.

I found that I should go to
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=totem but I must be
registered... I will try again.

Bonne soirée
