Bug Description

Spine and pocket label templates need access to the item's owning library (shortname) field.

This is critical for our catalogers to be able to completely move operations to the web staff client. (I thought I had submitted this to launchpad before, but I cannot find it. Apologies if it is a duplicate.)

Thank you, yes - 'call_number.owning_lib' only prints the owning library's ID and 'call_number.owning_lib.shortname' prints nothing.
