Bug Description

Ubuntu package python-pandas-doc lost all local documentation files, so it is useless. I wonder if this was intended, so documentation is only available online, or it is a bug (I hope it is a bug, as I use local documentation often).

You can see the package file list in

- bionic: https://packages.ubuntu.com/bionic/all/python-pandas-doc/filelist
- cosmic: https://packages.ubuntu.com/cosmic/all/python-pandas-doc/filelist

The package I have installed is 0.23.3-1fakesync1ubuntu1 .
