Bug Description

If touch wrong four points on calibration window cause touchscreen inaccurate.

Reproduced steps:
-------------
1. Launch touchscreen applet from settings.
2. After showing the calibration window, touch four points ramdomly instead of touching blinking four points.

Current result:
-------------
In step2, after touch four points, it prompt a dialog "Calibration Completed" dialog to ask if restart.
I suggest if user don't touch correct blinking points, don't prompt the dialog. Or else, if user select "Yes", touch screen is inaccurate and very hard to use.

Expected result:
-------------
If user doesn't touch correct blinking points, calibration doesn't take effect and should not impact touch screen accuracy.

So here's what's changes in 0.26

1) Changed the restart dialog to say "TITLE:Apply Calibration? BODY:Click yes to restart GUI and apply, click no to discard changes".Changed the utility to only update the xorg.conf file if the user selects yes, this way the user can choose to discard their changes.
2) The utility now ignores any touchscreen presses that occur beyond 3/16 of the way from the left/top/bottom/right of the screen. This means I had to hardcode the value of the max touchscreen range. The samsung's touchscreen has a range of 0-4096 for both the x and y coordinates, but this may change on hardware that has a different touchscreen.

So reopen the issue.
