changelogify leaves dirty working tree

Bug Description

On fbcdb0f63402b0ae933fc741e0181e9e06ef0db3 in master, if "git ubuntu build" runs changelogify, then debian/changelog is left modified in the working tree when done. A subsequent run of "git ubuntu build" immediately fails with "Working tree is not clean".

Expected: if the working tree is clean when "git ubuntu build" is run, it is also clean when the command is finished, with no changes to HEAD.
